WeCOPE

WeCOPE is an evidence-based program that helps healthcare students and professionals cope with life stress. Sessions encourage practicing skills such as mindfulness, savoring, positive reappraisal, gratitude, and goal setting among others.

WeCOPE has been shown to reduce stress and depression, increase positive affect, and improve health behaviors in randomized trials.

Managing life’s challenges in healthy ways allows participants to take better care of themselves and others.

Interested in WeCOPE?

This program is FREE and all materials are provided. Each session runs for 7-weeks, meeting virtually 1x week for 1 hour over zoom. An additional 6 practice hours will be expected. Maximum 30 learners per session. Registrations accepted up to 2 weeks prior to session start or until all slots are filled.
