The AHEC Alumni Association is hosting a webinar event called Mental Health in Higher Education
An in-person AND live-online event on Tuesday, May 1st, 2018 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Health Sciences Learning Center in Room 1335 at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.
A rising number of college and graduate students are facing mental health difficulties each year.
- Are you interested in the mental welfare of yourself and/or your peers?
- Do you think you might be suffering from poor mental health?
- Might you want to know how to prevent such issues from arising?
If so, come to enjoy some free pizza and hear Dr. Marc Kalin address these questions and many more. Marc L. Kalin, DO is a faculty member at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He is an Inpatient Hospitalist in Psychiatry and has over five years of diverse psychiatric experience. He graduated from medical school at Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013 and completed his residency at the Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.
